Rzeszów 2011, wydanie 1, wydanie angielskojęzyczne, format 165 x 235, objętość 152 str., oprawa miękka
The Podkarpackie province has got a dense network of routes and tourist routes with wetl-developed dormitory and gastronomie base. It also offers tourist sen/ices of good quality which provide adequate conditions for active rest.
Hiking, biking and kayaking include desirable, especially for young people, elements of risk and competition, they also provide a thrill and renewal of psycho--physicalstrength.
Polish literature is lacking a synthetic compilation of these forms in one publication. Authors of this book attempted to face this challenge outlining a textbook especially for students of physical education and tourism and recreation. This book consists of three main chapters which discuss the problems of hiking, biking and kayaking. Two further chapters deal with aspects of health tourism and firstaid.
Regular physical activity is every person's duty in relation to their health, sińce it is a major factor for good health and at the same time it prevents development of chronić diseases such as cardiovascular and metabolic disorders. According to Wojciech Oczko Exercise can replace aimost every medicine, but all medicines taken together will not substitute exercise. Thus, we encourage everyone to read this publication and then do a chosen outdooractivity. Authors
